Ele \u00e9 acusado de atropelar e matar o motoboy Kelton Marques, no dia 11 de setembro de 2021, no bairro de Mana\u00edra, em Jo\u00e3o Pessoa.<\/p>\n<p data-fetch=\"true\">De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Civil, Ruan se apresentou nesta manh\u00e3 na delegacia de Catol\u00e9 do Rocha, acompanhado de seu advogado.<\/p>\n<p>As primeiras informa\u00e7\u00f5es dizem que o acusado recebeu voz de pris\u00e3o e foi interrogado sobre o homic\u00eddio de Kelton Marques, mas permaneceu calado e s\u00f3 ir\u00e1 responder perante ao juiz.
